Canizaro Library is a state-of-the-art facility currently holding over 215,000 volumes. We offer over 100 online academic journals, computer workstations equipped with student WIFI, ample study space, language learning materials, and much more.

ABOUT THE Canizaro LIBRARY

The mission of the Canizaro Library is to provide easy access to all the resources required to support the academic programs of the University, in an environment that promotes student learning success as well as user satisfaction. It is our goal to use state-of-the-art technology, processes and practices, supported by a highly-trained and motivated staff, in order to provide exceptional Library service to the Ave Maria University community.

RARE BOOKS AND SPECIAL COLLECTIONS

Canizaro Library is blessed to house a large collection of extremely rare and hard-to-find manuscript documents, fine bindings, archives, and artwork. While you can explore AMU’s Rare Books collection on the website, we encourage you to get a better view and see them in-person!
